At harvest, you will receive an invoice based on the weight of an actual animal you receive. The cost is $4.00/lb on the hanging weight of the animal, plus the processing costs. Average hanging weight for 1/2 beef is between 300-350 pounds. The average price per half is approximately $1550. We are now taking deposits for Summer 2022 harvest!

Custom cutting is available on 1/2 and whole beef. A sample cut list is provided as an example. Oakland Lockers will contact you for cutting instructions after your meat is harvested.
